Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods.
In addition to your statutory rights, Aquamarina Beauty offers a 30-day returns period from the date of purchase.

If there are signs of use, we may be unable to accept the return.
For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will refund reasonable return postage costs.
Return Postage Costs
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage and packaging costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
